What we are
Best Insurance USA is a free, independent auto-insurance comparison and referral service. We are not an insurance carrier and we do not issue policies, set rates, or bind coverage. We match drivers with licensed insurance agents and carriers in our partner network so they can compare quotes. Quotes and available carriers vary by state and by your individual circumstances. This service is intended for U.S. residents only.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form, we collect the information you enter: your ZIP code, age, whether you are currently insured, your vehicle year, first name, email address, and phone number. We also automatically receive your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of your submission from our hosting provider.
We do not collect your Social Security number, driver's license number, bank or credit card information, or any payment details on this site. You should never be asked for that information simply to compare quotes.
What we share — important
When you submit the form, we share the information you provided with one or more licensed insurance agents or carriers in our partner network so they can contact you, prepare accurate quotes, and help you compare coverage. By submitting the form you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by Best Insurance USA and the matched partner(s) by phone, text, and email.
We do not sell your information to unrelated general marketers, and we do not share it with anyone outside the licensed auto-insurance agent/carrier network used to fulfill your request.

How we use your information
We use your information to match you with relevant licensed agents and carriers, to deliver your quote comparison, to operate and improve the service, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies and similar technology to keep the form working and to understand basic, aggregate site usage. We do not use the form to build behavioral advertising profiles about you.
Retention
We keep your submission records for up to 24 months for compliance, quality control, and fraud prevention, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact email below.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@bestinsuranceusa.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with applicable privacy laws have additional rights — use the same email to exercise them.
