Who we are

Best Insurance USA ("we", "us", "our") is a free, independent auto-insurance comparison and referral service. We are not an insurance carrier, not a licensed insurance agency, and we do not issue policies, set rates, or bind coverage. Any policy you obtain is between you and a licensed agent or carrier — we are not a party to that contract.

What we do

We collect a few basic details (ZIP code, age, current-insurance status, vehicle year, first name, email, and phone) and connect you with one or more licensed insurance agents or carriers in our partner network so you can compare auto-insurance quotes. The actual quote, underwriting, policy issuance, and any contractual relationship are between you and those licensed parties.

The service is free to drivers

You pay nothing to use Best Insurance USA. We are compensated by our carrier and agent partners. This compensation never adds a fee to you and does not obligate you to purchase anything.

Savings figures are illustrative

Any savings figures shown on this site — such as "$500+/yr" or a "$512 average" — are illustrative figures based on amounts reported by drivers who compared and switched coverage through partner agents. They are not a quote, not a guarantee, and not specific to your situation. Actual savings (if any) depend on your state, vehicle, driving record, coverage selections, and current premium. Some drivers will not save.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to submit the form. You confirm that any vehicle and driver details you provide are for a policy you are authorized to shop for.

Your representations

By submitting the form you confirm that: the information you provided is accurate; the phone number and email belong to you (or you have permission to use them); and you consent to be contacted by Best Insurance USA and our partner agents and carriers as described in our Privacy Policy, including by autodialer, prerecorded/artificial-voice calls, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Nothing on Best Insurance USA is legal, financial, or insurance advice. Coverage decisions can have meaningful consequences — review any policy carefully and speak with a licensed agent before making a change.

Third-party agents and carriers

Licensed insurance agents and carriers who contact you are independent businesses with their own licensing, practices, and policies. Best Insurance USA is not responsible for their conduct, the quotes or plans they present, or any purchasing decisions you make with them. If a partner acts inappropriately, please report it to us using the contact email below.

Disclaimers & liability

The Best Insurance USA site and service are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
